I orderd my new upgrade on the 20th.it says dispatched.but there is a x on it.i have comformation email.but nothing since, i tryed to call.but i was 68th in que, 45min wait i dont have time for that

What phone, colour and storage size did you order?

Unfortunately there are many customers ringing up and some take a long time to sort out, so that is why you have to wait, this is especially prevalent when new devices are being ordered, which happens to be Apple devices.

Did you press option 2, you may find that you would not have to wait that long, also worth hanging up and trying at a different time.
