TV Arrived Broken from EE Store - No help provided

Hi,

I'm looking for advice/assitance on what to do here. I ordered a TV from the EE Store almost two weeks ago, Parcel Force kept on marking it as 'undelivered' until I went to the depot and collected the parcel. Upon collecting, I set up the TV and plugged it in. After plugging it in it was clear the screen was smashed and broken. 

I have contacted the email for the EE Store support, twice, and not heard back. I have seen there is a refund form but I do not see a white sticker starting with 00000 anywhere on the device or box so I was not sure how to proceed with filling the form in. 

I hope someone here can please help, it has been very frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear you've had a poor experience with your TV order, it's not what we would expect. 

Was it the email on this page Contact us you used? If so they usually reply within 2 working days and will be able to help with this as we do not have access to any accounts here on the forum.

I contacted them via the 'Contact Us' email from the EE Store's site. I initially contacted them on Monday at 10:27 and then contacted them again on Tuesday at 17:23. 

It's ridiculous that EE's customer service have no way of internally contacting the EE Store customer service. I am very disappointed.
