Delivery code

Hi, apparently I will get a code from DPD. Do I need to tell them that code at the door or is that to track my order? I will most likely not be in when my phone will be delivered, and nobody else will be. What will happen with my order? I’ve put down my preferred neighbour

Thanks for coming to the community.

DPD will send you a PIN either the night before or on the morning of the delivery, and you'll need this to give to the delivery driver before they can hand over the package.

They may not be able to deliver to a neighbour but the email or text you receive about deliver, or the DPD app will give you the option to change the delivery date if no one will be in to receive it.
