I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB from EE on 24/11/2025. DPD contacted me on 25/11/2025 with a delivery PIN and I was at home tracking the parcel. However the tracking later showed the parcel being returned to EE without any delivery attempt. DPD advised me to contact EE but despite multiple contacts since 25/11/2025 I have had no clear resolution and refund from EE. I am already paying for an order I haven’t received and would appreciate EE’s help in resolving this. Today is 17/12/2025 and that's a long time for resolution.

@hitouch , this is not customer service, this is a public forum and we have no account access and do not know who you are. The best thing you can do is to speak to customer service or make a complaint, which should get it looked into and give you a reply within the next 7 days:

@hitouch , no we cannot, most of us are customers like you and this is a public forum with no account access and we have no idea who you are. Why should we spend time on the phone when we have no idea who you are and no account access, we are customers like you, this is down top you, or fill the complaints form like I have suggested above, they will take a look and get back to you.
