They are very bad with costumers I was also buy phone paid for upfront and the assistant shouted on me the money come back to my account.I see my account money never hit my bank card.

I'm sorry to hear about what has happened here. I'd recommend reaching back out to the team if you are due to have money refunded, but have not yet received this, and they will be able to give you an update on what is happening.
