Evening. I put in an insurence claim for my Samsung S23 yesterday night with the delivery day being tomorrow, the 17th. I was emailed saying DPD would email me with a time for delivery. I got no email from DPD confirming the time and they turned up today wehen i wasnt home.
The insurence claim summary was i cant use my phone because the screen is broken therfore it is a shock to me if they Text me about the delivery instead of email.
Im stuck as to what to do. I cant ring up as were i am i live by myselfe and cant call EE. Do i put in the insurence claim again ?

If you are not in at the time of the swap, the courier will post a card through your door to let you know they visited. You can then rearrange your swap on the DPD website.

You can check the DPD website.
You'll need to contact your insurers again or maybe go into store.
