Just cancelled my delivery been waiting over two weeks. Same text two weeks on the bounce sorry due to unexpected circumstances we can't deliver your parcel absolute joke of a company. I will never buy another thing from EE as long as they use this Mickey Mouse courier.  Complained to EE and cancelled order they don't care buy elsewhere where you are appreciated as a customer.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Not once did EE say that it could be delivered to a store. Almost 3 weeks and complained to EE and DPD without a solution at this point I would find hard to believe a DPD driver could find his or her van . Just out of principle had to cancel poor poor service understatement cancelled plans for these Muppets fuming. Registered a complaint with a EE representative I spoke with no text back confirming order still active with DPD let them try and deliver idiots I won't be in lol. Thanks for replying.👍

Amazing lucky you absolutely useless gave them 0 out of 10 could not sort out a delivery after almost 3 weeks had to cancel order .

Absolutely shocking service both from EE and DPD had to cancel my order this morning last two Saturdays a hour before delivery text message sorry unable to deliver your parcel unexpected issue at our depot complete and utter disgrace.  EE even changed the delivery time last Saturday yet same again this morning.  Do yourself a favour and cancel the order these clowns no nothing about customer service stuck in a depot for almost 3 weeks lmao. Trust pilot rating and google rating of 1 sums up Dpd in a nutshell.

Order again what a diabolical sense of humour you have on par with myself feeling it . You must of seen the meme of a skeleton sitting on a bench waiting for a delivery well in Dpds case that skeleton has turned into dust a whole new level of delivery service. 👌 All jokes aside can you actually confirm it wouldn't be the same next week ... No you can't so on that evidence not a snowballs chance in hell I will purchasing another product from EE sitting in for two weekends on the trot changing plans absolute shambles.

Our sales team would be able to let you know your delivery options, and check if this would be possible to deliver to a local EE Store if this would be easier for you, if you decide to re-order in the future.
