Hello I wonder if anybody can help ? 

 

On Tuesday i ordered a new phone, being a new ee customer did it all online. Went through all the details paid an upfront cost and now I've heard absolutely nothing from anybody at ee! No calls not emails nothing! 

How can a company as big ad this happily take my money then just totally disregard me! 

Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated 

I'm in too minds to head to my local store to get my money back!

I would check your Spam/Junk Folders as they can end in there.

You should call the EE Sales team on 0800 956 6000 to check what's going on.

@Liam199441 , once your phone is ready for dispatch, you will receive notification the day before delivery from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

So I've passed the credit check and all I have to do is wait now ? 

Seem a very backward way to run a company in my opinion 

Most company's do the credit check during the application and atleast let you know if you have passed or failed it
