Hi,
I am a EE mobile customer for 3 years. An recentrly moved my broadband from BT to EE (was 3years on BT same address).
I decided to switch from pre-Payment plan to G5 contract and did not pass credit check (according to shop assistent). It is not critical to switch but curious why I got rejected?
I've got high credit scode in all agencies (tracking it), credit card with big limit, few direct debits from my account, regular high imcome, never missed a payment. I'be on presettlement status for 5 years.
Any ideas?
