Hello my 13-year-old Sister has signed a contract up with yourself using my bank and she is not over 18. I can’t call for help. The only thing I can do is chat online but you seem to not have online chat. What should I do? I got 30 days to cancel this contract with a minor?

Why are you not able to call?
If you do not have a phone, then if you have something like Skype, you can call for free, using the number in my signature.

Has her order yet been approved? Surely any credit check on her will fail.
You have a 14 day cooling-off period to cancel a contract made over the phone or online.

So she used your email addy? Besides using you bank a/c for payment, did she take it out in your name & addy?
