Order Number and Confirmation

Hello, I ordered online the monthly payment plan iphone alongside a sim card. After they took the upfront payment and on the website confirmed the order. I never recieved an email confirming the order or a number. I’ve called and gone into EE and no one is helping me. I’ve recieved absolutely nothing from EE other than them taking my money.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD the day before and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

would it be via text message or email?

@miald623  it has been nearly four years since I upgraded, and I remember receiving it via text and email, but just download the DPD app and you will see it there, remember to use the same email address and mobile number as the one for EE.
