Hi,
I placed an order but then got asked to contact customer services to proceed as you need a few details - I can't call because my phone is broken (hence the need to place an order). Is there another way to do this?

I tried the Skype option but there is no relevant option you can select. I need a number to enter but I don't have one yet?

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
When the phone menu asks for your number, if you just hold without entering anything it will skip to the next part to continue through the menu and get you connected to one of our guides.
