Change address for delivery

Hello all, 

I’d like  to place an order but have it delivered to my work address rather than home. How can I do this? I only see options to change my home and billing address, not delivery.

Hey there @Rs66, with brand new accounts and additional lines ordered online, these can only be sent to the account postal address, and there aren't any options for amendments to this. 

For upgrades we would recommend giving our customer care team a call, and they can help look into any other delivery options that may be available.

@Animldoc  Items are delivered to the billing address on your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you, but is there a way of changing the delivery address to an address to other than that used for billing?

@Animldoc  No.  It goes to the billing address as that’s the address the account is registered too.

why is this the case when you state specifically on the web that new devices/sims are posted to the postal address

thanks for your reply however it doesn't actually answer what I asked the context is 

someone asked why cant orders be delivered to the postal address someone came back and advised “No.  It goes to the billing address as that’s the address the account is registered too. ”

however your website states something different 

I ask because my postal address is not appearing if I try to order something my billing address is 

 

in just looking for some clarity is the website wrong 

or was the advisor wrong (if so I need to know why I’m having said issue)

I've read the original question as asking if the delivery can be sent to their work address, rather than the address registered on their account. The terms postal address and billing address essentially mean the same thing.

@Peter_W has given a great overview on the rules and advice for different order types.
