Cant add to Basket

I'm trying to add a PS5 Pro to my account, but it always comes up with "something went wrong". I've also tried adding a Pay Today to my basket but it always comes up eith error messages.

I've tried logging out and doing it that way, but still no change and checked other products to see if its only the PS5 that isn't working, but nothing else is either. 

Anybody else experiencing this?

Welcome to the Community. 

Have you tried using an alternative browser, such as Chrome or Firefox? 

If you're not able to use a different browser, try logging out then clearing the browser cookies and log in again.

Thank you for the reply! I tried using a few browsers and also cleared the cookies as you suggested, but I'm still getting the same outcome. 

If you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate it!

I've just tested this and can successfully add products to my basket.

Same problem I can’t add a Tv to my basket

I've tried everything else, from headphones to tablets, I just simply can't add anything to my basket or pay monthly with contract 🙃

I have this exact same issue on the app and on the websites on any browser it's very annoying

Can you give our Customer Service team a call so they can check there isn't a block in place and check eligibility on your account?
