I'm trying to add a PS5 Pro to my account, but it always comes up with "something went wrong". I've also tried adding a Pay Today to my basket but it always comes up eith error messages.
I've tried logging out and doing it that way, but still no change and checked other products to see if its only the PS5 that isn't working, but nothing else is either.
Anybody else experiencing this?

Welcome to the EE Community
If you have not already, please try checking out on a different browser and if possible another device, to confirm nothing there is causing an issue.
If it is still the same I would recommend getting in touch to report the issue and so our guides can check your account to make sure there is nothing causing the issue there.

I have tried using different browsers, and now with my iPad with Safari but the issue persists.
However, if I add the item to the basket as a Guest without logging in, it appears to work.

As soon as I logged in, my basket was cleared and I encountered another error. I spoke with customer service — they were aware of the issue but didn’t have a solution. I was transferred to another department to try to purchase the Apple Watch, but they told me they couldn't do it either. Apparently, I have to go to a physical store because, surprisingly, you can’t purchase any products from EE without a SIM card or subscription over the phone?!
