I’ve tried to buy a SIM card on the EE website got as for as the credit check where it paused the window whilst it tried to contact my card so I left the window open and my phone Turnt off whilst it did its thing I came back and it had put me back to the home page which I thought fair enough but then when I’ve tried to go through the whole process again I can’t get past the “about you” page as it keep saying I need to put in an mail yet there isn’t a space for me to enter an email?? Any help please and thanks

If you have not been able to order the SIM, could you try clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser to see if you can enter all details and complete the order?
