No Confirmation Email

Hi,

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 (Bora Purple, 128GB) with a new contract earlier today but have not received any form of confirmation. After fulfilling the order it directed me back to the first page of the checkout process, but I didn't try again as my bank account showed the £30 upfront payment already pending. I've been checking for the past 2-3 hours and nothing has appeared in my inbox or junk/spam. I have no clue if the order was actually successful, despite my bank account showing a charge.

I am a new EE customer, so I did not yet have an account when I placed my order.

Not yet. I've been checking inbox and spam but nothinhas arrived, except for a notification saying my basket has been saved (from when it redirected me to the beginning).

Last time I tried to call I picked the option saying that I'm in the process of moving to EE but when it asked me to type my number in, it wouldn't let me proceed as it said my phone number wasn't registered to EE. The only other option for new customers didn't apply, should I choose that anyway?

I bought it on the Black Friday deal, will this still be honoured?
