Every time I try to login to view customer deals, it keeps telling me I need to link an EE device or join the community. Tried joining community so I can order an EE device but still no luck. Just keeps taking me back to the same screen to link an account but I can’t link an account if I can’t buy anything lol
What do I do?

Can you try clearing cookies and cache then open the EE Shop page in a new web browser and make sure you are logged out to order a new SIM Only plan 🙂

What device are you after? If it's a console you need to be an EE pay monthly contract or SIM only customer.

I’m just looking to get a SIM deal but even then it won’t let me use the shop, just keeps referring me to the register your account and link my EE device

@Brandon321 : Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
