Hi,
I placed and order, have the email etc. BUT I cannot track it or see that it's processing.
when I go to the track my order page it continuously tells me that it's timed out which it isn't.
id rather just know if I've been accepted or I can get my £30 back. it's for the iPhone 17 pro max and I expect delays but I just want to know if it has been accepted.

@Kimjrod2 you will need to call customer support but they usually reach out to you if you get declined. You can’t track nothing so until a device is allocated to you there is nothing to track.
