Can't check on update of order

Hello i ordered a Samsung Flip 6 in yellow and 32 hours ago and i haven't had an update an when i try to check only using the order tracking i get the following message.  

 

Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

 

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.

The Samsung Z Flip6 is showing as being in stock and would usually be despatched within 1 day.

If you haven't heard anything from DPD about the delivery by lunchtime today, please give our customer service guides a call and they'll be able to check the order on your account to see when you can expect it.

I'm getting the same message for an additional sim only deal, can someone from EE confirm if there is a problem with orders and what do we need to do here? I ordered this almost a week ago and it's just a sim card.

I've not heard anything about delays to orders. An additional SIM card would usually go in the post and can take up to 5 working days, so if nothing has arrived after that time, please give our team a call and they can bring up your account and the order to make sure it has been sent, and the next steps if you haven't received it.
