Hi I bought an iPhone 16 plus on the ee website today ...... and although the process went right thru to the end and even took my £30 upfront cost, I have no confirmation email at all with no reference number, which means I can't track k the phone or find out about delivery or anything either. I was concerned about this but I see this is an ongoing problem throughout this forum for many buyers actually....... still is there anything I can do as the customer ser ices are going to be pretty busy I'm Guessing judging from these mugs here in this forum......

Hi I made a new order for phone and ee sim free order...... but my fone went down during the upfront payment vost processing bit.... my money has gone out of my account but I've no email with a confirmation number on it and I've since realised that my old fone number is on the account . So I'm not receiving any texts. So I can't track the order to see if its all confirmed. It does say that my orders are the broadband and separately it says that I've hot a mobile phone order but I can't track it or get any information about it ad I've no confirmed correspondence at all. Also I can't change my phone number without them sending a code to my old number which I haven't got anymore....please help ...

Have you been able to check for a confirmation email?
This could have been direct into your Spam/Junk folder.
