Being asked to return a kit that has already been returned.

Hey, I've been getting constant, frequent reminders to return my EE kit even though I did it forever ago and even got the confirmation email to prove it's been recieved.

EE are still sending me emails (I recieved 3 yesterday at 3-5AM!) and texts telling me I will be charged if I don't send it back. It has been longer than the 3 weeks needed to process the returns and there are no options on the helpline for this.

Is there anything I can do? Anyone I can contact? No chance am I letting myself be charged for something already solved.
