I recently returned to the UK and bought a Pay As You Go eSIM so I have a UK number for banking etc while I'm overseas. While in the UK I was unable to add my card details through the app or website. I was only able to able to top up once ad this was through the website, the app didn't work. Now I'm overseas and out of credit and neither the website or app are working properly. I tried calling in to top up my credit but the menu selection doesn't work and so I was unable to! Now what?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
