Unable to make calls and send text

Hello,

I'm unable to make calls or send texts , it keeps requesting to top up despite having credit.

I am also unable to call 150.

What can it be?

When were you last able to make calls or send texts? How exactly does "it" keep requesting you to top-up?

I don't remember as I don't use this SIM everyday. A couple of months ago for sure.

If I try to make calls even to 150 it keep saying it looks like you don't have enough credit to make this call 

I topped up another 5 quid but nothing.

Thanks for reaching out here on the community. 

Does the phone show a signal? 

If you made a chargeable call or text a couple of month ago then the sim should not have gone into hibernation, but if it was longer this could be the case. 

I would recommend Contacting our guides, they will be ble to take a look into this for you.
