Good evening,
I am a BT broadband customer and trying to get a sim only deal. When I press the deal through the BT App that’s cheaper as I’m a BT customer it tries to make me log in. If I log in it shows me this and won’t let me continue through anything.
any help would be appreciated.
kind regards
chris

@CGilkerson : Logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

Thanks for the reply,
it makes you log in you have no choice not too.
also if I don’t log in and still come to ee through the bt app it still makes you log in.
if I don’t do it through the bt app then you don’t get the discounted deals that are offered.
so how do you work around that??

Hi @CGilkerson
Thanks for coming here.
I would suggest contacting BT customer care and they will help you get the contract set up on EE as a BT customer with the discount 🙂
Leanne.
