Awaiting iPhone 14 pro max

I originally ordered my iPhone 14 pro max in space black 256GB on 3rd November then re-order it on the 18th and been keep given mixed messages say it would arrive a week when I ordered it then I get told it’s next week (IE this week) as I’m on the back order list when the shipment was due to come in Monday just gone (28/11) then they tell me they don’t know can anyone shed some light on this

Welcome to the community,

We have no access to accounts, this will depend how many are waiting for the same IPhone, as to when you will receive it.

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Due to what is going on in China, there is a delay in shipping out phones and it will also depend what they ship to EE, unfortunately. Customer service would have been the ones to let you know, but fair play to them for saying they do not know, due to what I have already written.
