Placed an order online, had to call up to confirm details ended up changing order from iPhone 16 pro max 256gb black titanium to iPhone 16 pro max 256gb natural titanium as i was informed this was available and in stock and no 2 week wait (the black was a wait of 2 weeks).
order still says "awaiting confirmation" not really sure why. I have chosen delivery to store so who knows.. was told it was in stock but doesn't seem like it from what i'm seeing happen

I can understand you'll be keen to get your hands on your new phone.
The iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium is showing as in stock at the moment, so that one would be despatched sooner, usually within 1 day.
When was it you spoke to our guides to change the order?

I spoke to an advisor just before the weekend had started. I am just unsure why my order says "awaiting confirmation" still if the phone was said to be in stock and available for me
