Misinformation frustration

Ordered iPhone 16 pro max 256g on 29th October. Website said dispatch within 3 days, radio silence from there. Told by live chat that would be here in 3-5 working days and that contract info would be on my account in 24 hours. Well it’s been over 24 hours and no contract info on my account so I’m not hopeful for dispatch any time soon! Can someone please just give me an honest answer on if/when I’m getting my phone??? Going abroad in less two weeks and specifically upgraded to plan that includes EU roaming for this trip! 

so frustrating just get your info straight and stop lying to people.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Fray2107 , I ordered mine end of September and only just got mine on Wednesday. Great phone, worth the wait, easy to move stuff from old phone, no problem.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The model you have ordered currently shows 'Usually dispatched within 14 days' on the EE Shop online.

Once your order has been dispatched the plan will update in your EE account and DPD will be in touch with tracking details.
