Application to join EE lost?

My Husband and made indentical applications to transfer from Plusnet to EE keeping our numbers. His application completed swiftly and without a hitch. All I got was one text which said "your delivery address has been changed as requested" and said to call 150 if this was correct. After some difficulty, I was able to speak to someone at EE, who said that there was no problem and that they had my correct address. However I have received NOTHING else and still only have my original order number. My original plusnet service still continues, but theyare urging me to swap to EE. Help.

It would appear that I have been too hasty in posting, as a sim card has now arrived, so hopefully the application will now complete as successfully as my husband's. Thanks any way.
