To Whom it may Concern,
I paid £100 to attempt to process 2 X contract iPhone’s on Monday the 31/07/2023, but after talking to one of your consultants I was informed that I do not qualify for the 2 X iPhone’s and I will be refunded my £100.00, but I am still have not been refunded and it is now Friday 04/08/2023.
Your immediate assistance with this matter would be highly appreciated thank you.
