Hi, I ordered an upgrade and it said it would be delivered within 2-3 days- it has now been a week and I’ve had no update on delivery

What phone, colour and storage size did you upgrade to?

You can track your order online in most cases.

If for some reason the order tracker doesn't work, you can get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and ask for an update.

DPD will text and email you before 11am on the day of delivery with your time slot.

Hi,

It wasn’t a phone, it was AirPods 2nd gen white in colour. I have two devices on my contract. 
I did order this a week ago but no updates 

I have tried to track it, however I only have an order number and it says I can’t track it with an order number. I haven’t received any email or text to say it’s been dispatched despite it saying it takes 2-3 days 

Okay, in that case I would call the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone. They will be able to chase up your order.

We don’t have an access here on the community.
