Apple Watch ultra 2 preorder

Hi,

I preordered the Apple Watch Ultra 2, it said at the time of order completion that I will receive it on launch day, which I thought was today 22nd sept. I’ve had confirmation of my order at the time I ordered and in delivery section it states the same - delivery ON the day of launch. But now I can’t track on the website or app and I’ve had no further emails from either EE or DPD. BUT the contract (renewal) is active on my account, which it states in a help section, this will only happen when your device has been dispatched. It’s been on my account for a couple of days. 
I don’t know what to think, I’m at a bit of a loss tbh!

any help or similar out there?

I'm sorry that there is no delivery information available with DPD yet, @Christinemac202

Just to let you know my watch arrived, box bashed around, and never had any tracking or shipping notification.

@James_B   My watch arrived this morning I had no tracking information from EE and it was only because I’ve got the DPD app I knew there was going to be a delivery today.   The outer box of the watch was damaged and so was the box that the strap was in, the box the watch was in was ok though.     All setup and working with data within a few minutes.

I am experiencing the same issue as another customer who preordered the Apple Watch Ultra 2 Black on Wednesday. I received an email with confirmation, but it lacked a tracking number. The email also stated that delivery would be on the launch day, which is yesterday. Despite the account being updated, I have not received any updates from EE or DPD. Consequently, I am now paying for an item that I do not have.

Hi @tomi676,

If your Apple Watch number has went active on your account it does suggest that it has been dispatched. If you have not recieved any notification from DPD of the dispatch I would recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone. One of our guides will be able to check and confirm if it has been dispatched and if so provide the tracking information to you.

Currently, I am in the process of upgrading my device, which means that the number associated with my account is active. However, the price and date of my contract have changed, indicating that new terms have been implemented. Unfortunately, I do not have a device at this time, so I am currently paying for a service that I do not have a contract for. The contract should be active when I receive and activate my new device. 
And what exactly is „Paired Watch Plan £10”?? If I upgrade my old contract that supposed to be replaced and now I think I have to pay for new contract and also for keep my old one for extra £10??!

Is anyone can respond and clarify that? I’ve tried to call from 150 but I don’t t have a time to wait over 1 hour for connection, if I was late with payment just one day you immediately send me a message or something but if customer wants sorting out something you don’t answer and contact is impossible, it’s that famous the best network in UK? I don’t think so.
