Ordered my pixel 9 pro in bradford store on monday was advised will receive on Tuesday on wednesday called in to complain and advised will receive friday which is today still no update phone appears to not have dispatched even no other details and no one has responded to my complaint

Unfortunately, your complaint is with the store in Bradford and you will have to deal with them, as here we have no idea who are and no account access.

How did you make your complaint and where?

It could be that they do not have the phone in store as expected it would have been, sorry about that, but as I have written you will have to go to the store.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

This is absolutely ridiculous i spoke to someone on the phone and they assured me my phone will be here in 7 days and still nothing no updates this is an absolute joke of a service ofcourse you can get access after all it is with EE no one is ready to take responsibility my complaint reference is 24292145 I need a response as soon as possible or contact via phone or I will be taking this further

I understand you want to get your hands on your new phone, especially when you have been told when to expect it.

We're not able to see the order, your account or the complaint here, as we don't have account access.

The best thing I can suggest would be to speak to our team over the phone on 150 again so they can check the details, or if you wish to take it further, you can make a complaint to our dedicated complaints team.
