Hi,
I preordered the Apple Watch Ultra 2, it said at the time of order completion that I will receive it on launch day, which I thought was today 22nd sept. I’ve had confirmation of my order at the time I ordered and in delivery section it states the same - delivery ON the day of launch. But now I can’t track on the website or app and I’ve had no further emails from either EE or DPD. BUT the contract (renewal) is active on my account, which it states in a help section, this will only happen when your device has been dispatched. It’s been on my account for a couple of days.
I don’t know what to think, I’m at a bit of a loss tbh!
any help or similar out there?

The plan and contract would normally only update once the watch is on the way to you, so that it is ready to use when it arrives and you pair it. Any previous plans would usually be replaced with the new one at the same time, but occasionally does take some time to update in the EE app or your online account.
We don't have access to accounts to check that everything as it should be here, so if it hasn't updated within the next few days, it would be best to get in touch with our billing guides so they can make sure it is all as it should be.
