Apple Watch series 8 delivery

I ordered an Apple Watch series 8 on the 17/7/23, it’s now the 21/7/23 and all I have got is the email confirmation which I received when i ordered it. Is this normal? It says dispatched within 1 day

Hi @OLLYYOUNGMAN123,

Sometimes delays happen if they are low on stock for a particular model.

You will receive a text or email before 11am by DPD on the day of delivery.

I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and chase it up.
