Hiya, I ordered a pay as you go phone yesterday at 17:06, it said on the website it's in stock and will be dispatched within 24hrs, I have only recieved the order number (One starting with XKO) and had no confirmation for the delivery or contact since. What should I do? (Phone I have ordered is the iPhone 14 Pro Max 5G 128gb Space Black).

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

If you have registered with DPD with the same email address and phone number that EE have, you can keep track, either by logging in via DPD’s website or if you have the DPD app, you can check there.

If you are at all concerned, you can ring customer service for an update.

@Chkeningale13   EE don’t sell the iPhone 14 pro max on pay as you go.    If they did that would have cost you £1199 as that’s the cost of the device.   You ordered this on a contract and that contract will be for 24 months.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Apologies! I got it confused with the contract. I recieved notification from DPD app ironically moments after asking on here lol. Should be all good now!
