No Order Update

I ordered an Pixel 7 Pro on Thursday (20/07) but not received any update since then on delivery and the tracking is saying my order number isn’t valid even though both that and the email address/phone number are both correct - anyone else have this problem?

Hi @Li1009_,

This could happen if there is low stock of the particular device, I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone and chase it up.

You will receive a text by DPD before 11am on the day of delivery with your time slot.
