Can anyone contact me about my order? its impossible t connect to 150 waiting time is over one hour! I've ordered on the last Wednesday got confirmation email (without racking number) and my account is already upgraded with new dates and prices and still don't have watch and any information either EE or DPD and I can't even call because always busy and there is no chat or whatsoever so please contact me or check that information here if I can't get help.

The plan would update once the watch has been dispatched, when did this change? 

Have you downloaded the DPD app and used your email address and postcode to check for any scheduled deliveries?

change was 19th and yes I have app I now the drill I don't order from you first time, usually I've got confirmation with tracking number and info from DPD now silent from both sides EE and DPD and no tracking number and no watch and I paying from 19th new contract price without device please check that for me because I can't reach 150. its so difficult to check that?

No, I've tried so many times now so I demand as a customer check that for me here. I don't have a time all day hanging on the phone to try contact you. that's ridiculous.

so you are completely useless, no matter what time im trying to call 9:00, 11:00, 14:00 or 17:00 always busy and can't connect to anybody, so I don't know what is the point of this forum and you are supposed to be a EE Community Support Team.

What a frankly useless reply, all customers are asking for is accurate information on expected delivery dates, not pointed to useless customer services numbers that don’t get answered. All these complaints and issues would disappear if the online tracker provided up to date information.

I have this watch ordered also. EE are not expecting either the black or natural with milanese loop in stock anytime soon. Their system says over 28 days. From the web Apple are forecasting November in some regions and if you try to order on the Apple Store website they are giving November dates.
