Hello,

I have been with EE for over 8 years (personally) however as a family, over 25 years.

I have recently (23/10/25) contacted about upgrading to an S25 Ultra 512GB Phantom Black as an All Rounders Pack which was offered as

£86/Month with no upgrade fee and my current S24 Ultra Retained.

I told the advisor I would think about it, Today I have gone to accept this deal and been told it is no longer being offered.

The original message, had no expiration date on said offer, nor was I told I had to respond by a certain time.

As such, please can you advise why you are not sticking to this advertisement?

Have you never been in a shop where the price-tag on an item is such-&-such and you come back the next day & it's now higher?

No, the deal was being offered to you there & then and you stalled.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@Ronnie7018  It was an offer for you to take at that time.  That offer doesn’t have to remain as it was an offer.   Ie that was the deal at that point and it’s not false advertising as it wasn’t advertised anywhere for you to have at any point it was an offer.
