I placed an order for my iPhone 16 plus on Tuesday and I’m still awaiting further updates. I have not received any other email or anything can advise me on what’s happening

Once you have a tracking number you can use EE tracker here: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 to obtain this if you haven't received any email and to track your order.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I only have the first email with the order number on. I have not received any further emails. I placed the order on Tuesday. Do you know why it’s taking so long for my order to be dispatched 

@THatfield25 , because these are the latest phones, and EE have not received enough of them, no thanks to Apple, also depends how many have ordered before you, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis.
