Called them yesterday. They confirmed after 28 days for delivery as I ordered the Milanese strap which that and the Ocean band are the most popular. Sadly thou I think im gonna cancel my order! I am out of contract on the 28th Sep and I’ve paid up 20th Oct. Don’t want to over pay EE for a device that already paid off. In order me to go sim only in the interim. I have to cancel my AWU2 Black order. If I want to keep my order open, I have to continue giving them £36 a month until they can deliver the watch! So for me its seems very likely I’ll end up keeping my 1st Gen AWU and not upgrading at all! **bleep** poor really but cant expect anything less from EE when it comes to pre-orders of Apple products sadly! They have this habit of taking away the excitement with these long wait times just to get the new product. And I'm not convinced they didn’t get ANY AWU2 Black Satin with the Milanese strap for launch day! Shame 🤷🏾♂️
