I recently early upgraded through the app to then be told that the order hasn't been received, even with an order number.
App showed an early upgrade fee of £50 which is correct but your system showing over £300.
So now I'm out of £50 and I don't have a phone coming!!
Been told EE are working on this and to phone back in a week. **bleep**!!
Anyone else had this?

I'm sorry you have had a problem with your order. Did the team tell you to call in a week to place the order again?

Hi Lesley,
Yes they did. I've even tried a store 15 minutes away from me and they can't help either.
I'm going to put in a complaint just now, on the phone at the moment.
