I ordered these 13 December and I have not received them yet I was told via the phone to EE that I would recieve them today or tomorrow but have had no update. Concerned I won't get them for Christmas even though it said 7 day dispatch.

Have you been able to track your order online using our online order tracker?
DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.
