Ok...I have a problem

Good evening/morning.

The following following is possibly best answered by EE employees.

After placing an online order for a set of Apple Air Pods, rather than product delivery updates being sent to my wife's mobile number (taking into consideration that they are a gift for her), as I cannot see within my online account how/where to change the number, how do I do arrange for delivery updates to be sent to my mobile no. instead?

Additionally, in considering that my mobile no. is the primary (as an EE customer of over 20 years), why  would my wife's mobile no. suddenly be set as the default for updates, thus, ruining an intended surprise?

@miserable_git   Because you purchased these via her number on your account.     The add to plan item was against her number not yours and because of that her number gets the updates.   You’ll need to call customer services to see if that can be changed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
