Accessory added to order.

Hi I ordered my upgrade today, and on my email with the break down, under accessories it says Minute 1 Samsung GS24 Plus £24.99! I didn't add any accessories. Am I going to get charged for this. The person on the phone didn't mention anything about any accessories.

Did you take out insurance as I believe this is a freebie with insurance.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I didn't take out insurance.

Do you see any discounts on the email that you received? It would show as -£24.99 if there is a discount, let me know if you don't see any discounts on the email please.
