I bought a SIM card the day before yesterday.
now 2 work days after,why it haven’t sent me e-mail?

I am traveller,I am going to the other place now.I need this SIM card.

SIM cards are sent using Royal Mail so please allow 3 working days for delivery.
As you've not received a follow up confirmation email, you may need to contact our Digital Orders team on 08000790531 where guide will be able to check the status of your order.

There is no email for me.

@aptpf The only way to find out this information is to call customer services. There is no access to from here to see what you ordered.

You'd need to contact Customer Service team by calling on the number provided.
Our guides will still be able to help.
Alternatively, you can have a family member or friend available who can be with you when you call to translate.
