Anyone else pre-order the AWU2 SB and have no order reference in their email to track it? I know their site states only sim handsets are trackable but I’ve got no order ref on my email confirmation of my order so no idea how I can know the status of it! Also it means it’s simply waiting for DPD to update which is a pain if I’m at work and out of the blue it updates for delivery that day!

Just to be sure, was it online or over the phone that you placed your order for this?
If you place an order online, you get a reference number starting with XKO for our online order system, but for orders placed by our team this isn't necessary as it's built straight on your account.

I did it online. Starts with an XK0. But i don't know the complete reference as it’s not on my email order confirmation. Just remember that bit when i placed the order! I assume I’ll get an email from EE when my order is shipped?

Ahh okay, we'd usually expect this to be on your confirmation email as well.
You'll usually get a text from DPD with all of the tracking details for your order once this is dispatched, but so you can be sure that this has all gone through at our end, it could be worth reaching out to our customer care team too.
They'll be able to get your account brought up and check the orders on here so we can be 100% sure everything is showing as it should be 😊

Spoke to the Customer Care Team, They confirmed the order is fine and have emailed me the order ref. High possibility delivery on release day. Wel see. 🤞🏾
