I have no activation code 150 tells me I have no home security. I have registered with my email details that EE hold and I can not access the 24 month subscription. Can anyone help please?

Resolved! Dark web security does not work

Resolved! was i scammed

i had a call from 0191 429 7590. it came up saying it was EE from Newcastle. he sent me a pin which came from EE.was it a scam please?
