Hi 

I can’t log into my Perks account and whenever I attempt to reset the password for my existing account the email never arrives in my personal or work email inbox.

I’ve attempted to create a new account with a new personal email but it says my work email is already associated elsewhere.

 

I can’t seem to break this deadlock.

Do I register using my work email first or my home email ?

Hi @Codfather69 

Once the account has been reset you can use either the work email or photo ID and the personal email.
