EE Perks refuses names with apostrophes

I’ve been trying to register and activate an EE perks account however it seems to discriminate against people with apostrophes in their names. It says my name is invalid and so doesn’t allow me to register. 

My work email also has the apostrophe in so even if I register my name without the apostrophe the validation email doesn’t send. 

Ive tried the web chat, the phone line (multiple times) and I’ve gone into store about this with no resolution so I hope someone here can help 🤞

Sorry to hear you're having trouble registering for a Perk account. We'd love you to be able to enjoy your discount on the EE line. 
As your work based email isn't being accepted, can you re-register your details for EE Perk using your valid branded photo ID card along with your personal email address? 
(Please note we cannot accept paper documents). 

This can be done by going to the Perk page using your own mobile device browser at Perk| EE clicking on the “Perk Portal“ link which will then take you to the registration page.
 
Please follow the below steps and let me know how you get on:
 
Click 'Register Here'
Include all of your personal details EXCEPT your work/company email address - leave this field blank
Click 'Upload File' and add a photo of your work ID card - this has to be your photo ID card NOT your discount card
Click 'Register'
This will be verified on the website
Re log into your portal using the password you have set up and generate the codes.
 
Please note the ID card must be a valid branded photo ID showing your place of employment.
